All reptile orders are shipped in an insulated shipping box designed for live animals. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.

1-All orders will be shipped to your closest fed ex hub to avoid delays on trucks.

2- The package must be picked up within 4 hours, if it is longer than 4 hours after delivery to fed ex hub it will void your health guarantee. 

3- Temperatures at destination, and FedEx pass through facility must be between 95-35 (f). We do not ship in severe weather for the safety of the animal.

4- If you have a DOA, the claim must be made within 4 hours from receipt of shipment delivery. Proof with a photo with our label, and our animal clearly deceased

5-We pride ourselves on only selling animals in optimum health but there can be problems that arise. Should an animal pass or need replaced for any reason it will be done with store credit or another animal with equal value.

All Purchases are non-refundable, if needed funds can be used towards a future purchase.
